Revival update June 26,2008

Well, it's been a while since anyone from CBS gave an update so I may as well. The second half of the school year was very different from the first; yes, prayer meetings continued, but we had a smaller group of people who consistently came. But I can tell that there are others not coming to prayer meetings who are living differently than before choir trip. This year's choir trip was interesting because I think a lot of us were hoping God would move through our school again; I've begun to realize he did, but in a different way. Last year, He used a choir trip to change lives; this year I believe He has been using the attitudes of those who were impacted last year to affect others. I'm looking forward to next year at Calvary, mostly because of the theme that seems to dominate the changes: "If you love God, you'll love it here; if you don't..." use your imagination :) Continue to pray for Calvary and that the school will continue to grow and impact the community with God's love; that through students, others will see His grace and compassion.
